Makeup For Face
It is important to follow a proper skin care routine before applying makeup.
Start by applying the moisturizer, and then use a sunscreen, if required. Use a primer if you want your makeup to stay on for a longer time. It also works as a base for your makeup.
After you’ve prepped your skin, apply a coat of foundation, starting from the center of your face. Blend it outwards in a circular motion for light coverage or in a dabbing motion for more coverage, with a stippling brush or a sponge to get an even complexion. You may use a concealer, If needed. If the foundation gives you the desired coverage, you may skip the concealer
To seal the makeup, use a powder as it mattifies your skin and makes it look shine-free . A makeup routine is never complete without dusting with powder.
Use a fluffy powder brush in a sweeping motion, and apply the powder all over the face, specifically on the T-zone and the under-eye area.
You can finish off with a translucent/transparent/compact powder setting spray. For last-minute touch-ups, a powder is the ultimate go-to product.
Makeup For Cheeks
Take a blush and pat it on the apple of your cheeks using a fluffy blush brush. Blend it onto your cheekbones in the upward direction near the temples, as shown in the above image.
When working with colors, begin by applying a single coat and build up for added intensity. Achieve a sun-kissed appearance by incorporating a bronzer.
For a radiant and dewy effect on your cheeks, opt for a cream or powder-based highlighter in silver or gold tones. Gently apply it to elevated areas of the face, including above the cheekbones, the bridge of the nose, and the center of the forehead. Utilize either a brush or your fingertips for this application.

Now, let’s proceed with the eyeliner application. You have the flexibility to pick from a pencil, gel, or liquid eyeliner based on your personal preference.
Apply the eyeliner at the outer corner of your eye and, using a pointed or angled brush, carefully draw the line in small strokes towards the inner corner. In this demonstration, I am using an eye pencil since it suits my needs the most.
Be sure to draw the line as close to the lash line as possible and keep it quite thin since we’re aiming for a subtle makeup look.
Finish the eye makeup by curling your lashes and applying a coat of mascara. Begin at the roots of your lashes and wiggle the wand up towards the tips.
Focus on applying additional mascara to the roots of your lashes rather than spreading it along the length, as excessive product on the length can make the lashes feel heavy. If you desire longer and fuller lashes, opt for a volumizing mascara.

Prepare your lips by exfoliating to eliminate any dead or chapped skin, ensuring a smooth foundation. Follow this by applying a lip conditioner or lip balm to hydrate your lips before you proceed with the lipstick application.
Choose a nude pink or brown shade that suits your style, which complements your overall look. For a simple and natural appearance, in my case, I’ve used a nude pink lip gloss.
Quick Tips
Furthermore, you have the option to apply a peach nude lipstick. You can lightly dab it on your lips to create a subtle, tint-like effect.
And that’s the final look – fresh, natural, and subtle.
Never let the lack of time stop you from looking great. Keep it light, keep it simple, and step out with confidence.
